i got to smooch on TWO little cuties

Last night I got to babysit my handsome nephews Kaden & Ethan while Mommy & Daddy went out to dinner at Benihana's to celebrate their birthdays.  It was the first time that I have got to watch both of the boys together and it was SO much fun!

Kaden is such a sweet big brother and he absolutely loves his baby bro.  He is so protective of him and anytime that Ethan cries, Kaden goes "BABY! BABY!" and then tries to go kiss him and comfort him.   It's really super sweet and I love seeing them together.  It's always a fun day when I get to put on my Auntie hat and spend some time with these adorable little cuties.  Of course I had to take pictures so I could brag to you about them.  :)

I had such a fun night with my sweet little buddies! I can't wait for Mommy to ask me to watch them again *HINT HINT*  This last picture is my favorite! I was trying to take a picture of Baby E and I and look who snuck in the back....honestly TOO PRECIOUS! He wanted to be a part of the action. :)

So, I was tagged by Sheena to write 6 random things about me, so here goes.

1. One of my biggest fears is getting stuck in an elevator. I don't avoid riding them but I do get nervous if I hear a sound that doesn't seem normal to me when I am in them.

2. The only person I have ever kissed is my husband!

3. I am really particular about where things go in my house, or on my desk, really any space that is "mine". I have certain places and angles that things are placed and I can tell when someone moves it, even the slightest bit, and it drives me nuts and I have to fix it right away. I am not OCD although I have been accused of it by some friends who like to pick on this tendency!

4. I really want to do a lot of traveling and ministering all around the world. I would love to go all around Europe & Asia just ministering the word and building up the body of Christ!!

5. I have never broken any bone in my body, which is surprising since I can be such a klutz!!

6. I can't wait to be a Mom and raise a family with my husband! I think about it all the time, and can't wait to have my own little ones!

here i go again

so i am again to blog my little heart out!! i tried to start blogging again earlier in the year but with the wedding and everything else that was going on, it wasn't something that i could keep up on a daily basis. however now that i am a old married lady [not really but you know what i mean :)] i think that i can keep this up! blogging for me is pretty theraputic, it helps me to clear my mind and keep track of my own thoughts.

so what is good in life for me? scott and i have been married a month now, it feels like it has been longer than that yet i feel like our wedding was yesterday. it is funny to me how that works! the past month has been such a fun time of learning and growing together as husband and wife. it has been so interesting to finally live with him and learn a lot of new things about him, which to me is so funny since we have been together for 5 1/2 years. i love living with my best friend, waking up to him in the morning and then going to sleep with him at night, there really is nothing better!

being married has been such a growing experience in my relationship with the Lord as well. it is so wonderful to experience one of the greatest blessings that God ever created for His children in the gift of marriage. i now can understand why there is such an attack on marriage and what it stands for in this world, because it truly is such a blessing from God. there truly is nothing like it, and i am so grateful to know what marriage truly means. anyways, i won't blabber on forever, i am sure in future posts this subject will continue :)
